The Committee view is that the Kennington Association's Planning Sub-Group should focus on:
a) contributing to overarching planning policy
b) providing a community voice amongst others on large planning applications that will have a major impact on the area
c) engaging with Lambeth and Southwark Councils on community priorities and possible uses for S106 (planning gain) money.
